Had a wonderful day yesterday with Jerry Points. Painted this landscape from a photo Jerry took at Trader's Point in Zionsville, Indiana. I also had the benefit of viewing Jerry's on-site plein air painting and his guidance and instruction.

I was going to paint the next Grassy Creek attempt and focus on adding color, tweaking the composition, and simplifying; however, this photo a boy in the front of the fishing boat has been waiting to be painted - simple, colorful, and composed.
